  • Name2.The visibility splays of 2.4 metres by 70 metres provided at the junction of the access with Loughborough Road shall hereafter be permanently so maintained. Nothing shall be erected or allowed to grow above a height of 0.6 metres above ground level within the visibility splays.3. The existing footway on Loughborough Road, across the entire site frontage, shall be permanently maintained at a minimum width of 2 metres, with any overhanging vegetation being removed as necessary to maintain this width. 4. The landscaping scheme shall be fully implemented, in accordance with the details hereby approved, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.5. Before the proposed development is first brought into use, the proposed access road, turning area and footway shown serving the site on drawing number LE7 7NL-A-03 rev J, approved under planning permission ref.no. P/16/0836/2, shall have been provided and made available for use and shall have been hard surfaced in tarmacadam, concrete paving or other similar hard bound material for a minimum distance of 20 metres behind the highway boundary. Once provided, the access road shall thereafter be permanently so maintained.7. Before first use of the development hereby permitted, drainage shall have been provided within the site such that surface water does not drain into the Public Highway including private access drives, and thereafter shall be so maintained. 9.
